Regency on Beachwalk was originally built in 1961, however it was a condo conversion that was completed between 2006-2007 where all the units were completely gutted and redone. One of the big selling points of Regency at Beachwalk is it’s a legal vacation or short term rental building as it’s zoned resort.
Most of the units at Regency at Beachwalk are 1 bed, 1 bath, however there's also a 2 bed, 1 bath product on the '01 and '06 stacks. There's no washer/dryers in the units, however there is community laundry. One of the downsides however (like a lot of the condoles ini Waikiki) is the units at Regency at Beachwalk don’t come with parking.
